Terms and Conditions

1. All rates mentioned are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be charged as per current government regulations.
2. No refund will be provided in case of cancellations or delays in flights, trains, or other modes of transport.
3. Transfers are only available from Bhuj Airport or Railway Station by air-conditioned coaches at scheduled times.
4. Guests must present the original voucher along with valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Foreign nationals must show a valid passport and visa. PAN card is not accepted as a valid ID.
5. In case of delayed arrival, transfers will be arranged on the next available slot to Tent City, Dhordo.
6. Late arrivals will not be compensated for missed meals or activities.
7. Early arrivals may need to wait in the lounge until tents are available.
8. Adventure activities like ATV rides and paramotoring are operated by independent experts. These activities involve risks including injury or fatality. Participation is at the guest's own risk, and operators may require a signed waiver. WRCH is not liable for any injuries or damages arising from these activities.
9. AC in transfer vehicles will be maintained at a temperature suitable for the majority of passengers.
10. Changes to check-in dates incur a 15% amendment charge. Changes must be made at least 15 days before arrival. Name changes are considered cancellations. For changes, email: info@rannutsavtour.com
11. Expenses not mentioned in the package inclusions are the responsibility of the guest.
12. The management is not liable for loss of personal items. Guests are advised to safeguard their valuables during their stay.
13. Vehicles used for transfers are not for private use and will operate on a shared basis.
14. The itinerary is indicative and may be modified due to operational reasons at management’s discretion.
15. Early or late transfers must be requested at check-in and will be charged extra.
16. Transfer timings to White Rann or Kala Dungar may vary depending on sunset or weather conditions.
17. White Rann is a natural wonder and may vary due to environmental factors. WRCH is not responsible for changes in its appearance or accessibility.
18. Smoking is strictly prohibited in tents as per government laws.
19. Guests must comply with Tent City rules and legal regulations.
20. WRCH may cancel bookings without prior notice in the event of government activities or natural calamities. A full refund or alternate dates will be provided.
21. Though strict precautions are taken, the Tent City’s liability for fire, short circuits, or other incidents is limited to ₹50,000 per tent. Guests are advised to arrange personal travel insurance.
22. Reasonable care is taken with baggage during handling. However, the management is not responsible for minor damage like scratches or dents.
23. All disputes are subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction.

Package Inclusions

• Shared AC coach transfers to/from Bhuj Airport/Railway Station and Tent City, Dhordo.
• En route refreshments on the way to Tent City, Dhordo.
• 3 Nights/4 Days: Includes all meals and high-tea as per schedule. Missed meals will not be compensated or extended to the final day.
• 2 Nights/3 Days: Meals and refreshments as per itinerary. No adjustments for missed meals.
• 1 Night/2 Days: Includes meals and morning tea as per schedule. No meal rescheduling will be entertained.
• Sightseeing as per itinerary. Visits missed by guests may be rebooked on request and are subject to availability and additional charges.
• Tent accommodation is on a twin-sharing basis.
• Each tent will be provided with two bottles of drinking water per day.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. 90% refund if cancelled 30 days or more before the arrival date.
2. 60% refund if cancelled between 15 to 29 days before the arrival date.
3. No refund for cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival.
4. Date changes are subject to a fee of ₹3,000 per person plus 18% GST and any applicable rate differences.
5. Bookings must be made under the name of one main guest, who must be part of the travelling group.
6. If the named guest is replaced, a fee of ₹1,500 plus 18% GST will apply.
7. All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
8. GST will be charged as applicable at the time of booking.
9. For triple occupancy, any guest over 6 years of age will be considered an extra person and charged accordingly (with mattress).

Note: The organizer reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Unethical Booking & Cancellation Policy

Any booking made through unethical practices — including exploiting system errors, misusing promotional offers, or violating terms — will be cancelled without refund.

In cases of bulk or repeated bookings followed by frequent cancellations or returns, the organizer reserves the right to apply significant cancellation charges up to the full booking amount.

If it is found that bookings have been made using fake or manipulated contact information (email/phone number), the order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
